GENERAL POLICY

• Our Lady of the Snows School Bandrol is a Private, Unaided, Christian Minority Co-ed. Institution, run by the Shimla-Chandigarh Educational Society (SCES), and follows the rules, policies, and regulations of SCES.
• Admission procedures are conducted by the Management/a panel designated by the Management. No other persons in the school or outside have any hand in the admission of candidates.
• On the completion of the required number of students only, the particular class (NURSERY/LKG/UKG) will be started in the Academic Year: 2025-2026.
• No donations are accepted for admissions.
• The school authorities will not meet anyone regarding admission except on days announced. Information is available on school notice-boards, school office, or the website: www.olsbandrolkulluhp.com. No phone calls are entertained on this matter.
• Recommendations are not appreciated and can be detrimental to admission. Attempts at seeking admission through dubious means, if discovered, will result in cancellation.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE NURSERY, LKG & UKG: 2025-2026

• Parents can register their ward for Nursery, LKG & UKG on www.olsbandrolkulluhp.com after the date of intimation via website.
• Classes will only commence upon completion of required student numbers.
• Introduction dates for the child with both parents will be announced via School Website/WhatsApp group. Selection will follow school norms.
• Fees paid are solely for OLS School Bandrol and are non-refundable.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION/ADMISSION

• Child's Passport size Photo.
• Child's Birth Certificate.
• Child's Aadhaar Card.
• Child's UDISE PEN Number (if allotted by a previous school).
• Registration Fee Rs.600/-

REQUIREMENTS ON THE DAY OF INTERACTION

• Bio Data Form duly filled with a Passport-size photograph affixed.
• Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Council (attested copy required).
• Name and date of birth will be accepted as per the birth certificate and cannot be changed.
• Recent Family Photograph (postcard size: 4x6) and proof of residential address.
• Medical certificate including child's health details and blood group.

ADMISSION:

After the interaction, both parents must complete admission formalities on specified dates (collect admission form, sign declaration, pay fees, sign in admission register, collect the admit card signed by the principal, etc.).

IMPORTANT NOTES (N.B.):

• REGISTRATION & ADMISSION DATES WILL BE INTIMATED SOON.
• Classes commence in March/April 2025 as per final intimation from OLS School Bandrol administration.
